RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one so we want you to be able to buy with confidence from us. So if you buy something and you're not totally happy with it, for whatever reason (see note below on yoga mat/towel & swimwear returns), we will be happy to exchange or refund you (minus original delivery costs) providing the item is still in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition with tags/labels attached within 14 days of the shipping date. Any goods returned by the Customer to the Supplier must have been purchased by the Customer on the Web Site and must have been delivered to the Customer.
We'll process your refund or exchange within 14 working days after receipt of your return.
FILLING IN THE FORM
For any type of return and exchange the returns form must be filled out. As we do our best to reduce our packaging waste impact on the environment please fill out the Returns/Exchange form online here.
Gypsy Pirates reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange if the 14 day notice/return period is exceeded. If you are exchanging goods, please note the 14 day money back period still applies from the date of original purchase so bear this in mind if you are wanting to exchange your goods for another size as we'll only be able to issue you with a credit note.
All garments are subject to inspection. Please note that we do not offer any form of exchange or refund if the item has been damaged by the customer.
Items purchased on sale (permanently marked down items situated in sale section of www.gypsypirates.com) are not eligable for refunds; unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality.
If you receive a faulty item we'll try our best to replace it, but if we can't, you will be issued with a full refund.
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact.
YOGA MAT / TOWEL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that we cannot accept back any mat/towel where the wrapping/seal around it has been removed or damaged. Please do not unpack/unroll a mat/towel to look at it if you are unsure whether you want to keep the product, as due to hygienic reasons we will not be able to exchange or refund you in these circumstances. Colour, dimensions, thickness and weight of all mats/towels are displayed on our site and we are happy to give you advice by e-mail or telephone on the best mat / towel for you before purchase. Obviously when the mat / towel remains in its packaging we will happily exchange/refund you following the terms of our standard return policy (above)
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty.
It is your responsibility to make sure you send the return using a recorded & trackable service, as we cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels. It will be your responsibility to claim.
Please note we are unable to refund any postage or carriage charges for returns.
Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your refund although it is our aim to process refunds as quick as we can. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used. Please note it may take between 3 - 5 working days for any refunds to appear back in your account.
